Christopher T. Kreke is currently in his seventeenth year as Associate Director of Bands at Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana. He is co-conductor of the Carmel High School Wind Symphony II, Wind Symphony III, and Freshman Concert Band and also conducts Jazz Ensemble III, pep band, chamber ensembles, and the marching band. The Carmel High School Marching Band has been a Bands of America National Championship Finalist since 1996, was Indiana State Champion in 2001 and 2002, and the BOA Grand National Champion in 2005.
Christopher is also actively involved in the development and implementation of the Carmel High School Music Technology Program and runs the three professional level studios available for student use at the school – the Recording Studio, the Music Production Studio, and the Music Technology Lab.
Christopher is a drill designer for several groups around the United States and is available as a drill designer, visual clinician, and music technology clinician through Dynamic Marching, LLC.
Christopher received his Bachelor’s degree in music education from Ball State University and completed his Master’s degree in music technology from Indiana University in 2000. He lives in Fishers, IN with his sons Alex, Andrew, and Aedan.
